The Worst Pool Company Ever
This company is by far the worst business decision I have ever made. They are outright liars. They gave me time frame of 14 weeks to complete my new construction pool. I paid my deposit in May of 2020.They cashed my check in July of 2020 and didn't start digging until October 1st, 2020. The workers only worked 3 or 4 hours a day and only 2 or 3 days a week......and it was not every week. They would go a week or 2 without any work. I had to keep calling down there or just show up to their office to get a response and they would always blame the contractors, stating that they thought they were at the work site.

I told the designer Javier that I wanted a swim up bar and he sent me pictures. I texted him back the picture of the design I wanted.......tell me why he gave me something totally different. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me the run around. It took 3 months to come up with a resolution, which means no work was being done, so my pool basically became a frog farm. There were hundreds of tadpoles swimming around the the dirty, murky water and they wouldn't even do anything to prevent it. They kept saying they would put acid in it but never did.

Did I mention that the pool is full of trash because they refused to clean it out....cement bags, concrete, wood, nails......everything from construction. As a matter of fact, they even refused to pick up any trash from my property. I had to use my neighbor's yard for access and instead of Swimming Pools of Florida picking up the construction piles of trash from my yard, they just pushed it onto my neighbor's property and left it there and to this day they are still refusing to pick it up. I have to actually pay out of pocket to have it picked up. And the piles of dirt and rock that were in the yard, they refused to scatter and spread around the yard so we also had to pay someone to do that as well.

Then, the last step to enter the pool was 17 inches high, that's almost a foot and a half. I told them that it needed to be corrected and they wanted me to pay for it, even though the plans says all my steps are supposed to be 10 inches.

The guy the hired for the pavers is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. The first time he laid the pavers, he sloped them back towards the pool so the dirt and rain would drain into the pool, so he had to reinstall them. The second time, he got the slope right but they were not level and were so uneven that I hit my toe on one of them so hard that my toe swole up and turned black and blue, then my toenail eventually died and fell off. Here we are, June 22, 2021 and my pool still isn't done. Now the next issue is that there supposedly is a shortage on Diamond Brite, which is what I signed for on my contract.

I am more than willing to show photos and screenshots of messages as proof.
