I have been dealing with PAG for over a year now. I have had poor experiences with this law firm. Not calling me back, not requesting a QME and then blaming it on the state of CA. saying they lost it. When asking for any information it takes them at least two weeks just for them to send me the wrong info. I have dealt with Eric, Veronica, Silvia, Reyna, & menush. All not providing service. I called one time and Reyna told me she would call me back in 15 min, it was around 4:45pm. I waited 20 min and then called them back only to hear the receptionist tell me they have gone home for the day. I still have not had a call back from Reyna, over a month now. I am going to file a complaint with the BAR and hope anyone else who has had any issues with this firm do the same. They are a Los Angeles based company who claims to have offices all over, but my paralegals & Attorney are in Los Angeles and I am in northern CA????? I would definitely not recommend the office at all based on my experience.
