Highly Recommend Optimum First

I was looking to refinance my home so naturally I called Optimum First since I've used them twice before with outstanding results on the purchase of both my current and previous home. Since I'm naturally skeptical when doing business with people I went on Bankrate to shop around and ended up talking rates with three different companies and it was the same story. They advertised a low rate, but when it came down to it they couldn't back it up, every company had a reason why their advertised rate wasn't available. I've got an 803 FICO and no debt so there would be no other reason to not back up low advertised rates aside from trying to lure people in.
Eventually I grew tired of wasting my time and called Optimum First back and like both times before everything was straight forward, flawless and easy. Communication was quick and what they said they delivered without fail, no hassles, no wasting my time and everything was easy. I've dealt with Matt Dohman on a purchase and Jon Cave on both a purchase and refinance and they both went above and beyond each and every time.
