About one month ago I applied for a loan consolidation at a local bank, they said I had to much debt to income and was denied, at first I was upset and then I said let me call my mortgage holder and see what they can do because In the past i was informed that with two mortgages i could not qualify for a refinance., well the gods of finance were looking down on me and lead me to a amazing mortgage consultant, Mr Hao Khuu, , I'm in my late sixties and to do this kind of financing is emotional , soul searching, personal, and basically putting your entire life into the hands of a faceless stranger on the other side of America. all I can say is I was so fortunate to have him, he made the process so comfortable and easy, he explained every scenario possible and what money I would be saving but most important I would be shorting the years on my mortgage and become debt free for he first time in forty-five years, I just closed and I owe it all to Hao Khuu and also an amazing woman Ms. Karen Collier, she was the person to complete the end part of the process, she did all the final touches as far as the appraisal all documents to sign at closing setting up appointments telling us when dates had to be met, she made the final path to a new life perfect and so understanding .
What i must convey is that Mr Cooper/Nationstar is a very lucky establishment to have these two employees, who through their knowledge compassion and love for their job, they change lives and help provide a new stress free life for us for many many years to come.
