Kia Loans - Stay Away

About 6 months ago I purchased a KIA. I really like the car but their finance operation is a joke. After three months they stopped sending me bills and then when I was late charged me interest and harassed me on the phone. I told them I never got a bill and I don't pay online, something I think they are trying to get me to do. Every month I call and they tell me they mailed the bill, but I never see one. I know, I have to remember to pay, and now I do but I still think it is dishonest business. I have to make my own envelopes, print my own statements, and make sure I don't forget. I'm retired so sometimes this last one is the hardest.
My mailman never "misses" any other bill deliveries so I don't think it is the USPS. I will never use this company again.
