I wanted to take a minute out and just write down how pleased we are with all the work IDS and more specifically what Paul was able to accomplish in his short time with us. The financial training alone was worth the investment we made. Paul's ability to train our supervisors on how best to communicate with our drivers was one of the most valuable lessons learned over the course of the engagement. I am equally hopeful that all the reporting and estimating changes will have as much of an effect on our bottom line.
