Hyundai End of Lease Servicing
|
Customer Service in the Leasing Finance unit is a disaster. At the end of my Lease, I informed them I will purchase the car. Paid in full on 3/16/21 but still waiting for the Title. When you call you speak to a rep who knows nothing but will inform the Title Dept.....Sure? Still waiting. I wonder if M. Buckingham, Pres. knows about this terrible servicing?
