I have been one of Navient's customers for about 2 years. I hated calling them because everyone I talked to always seemed cranky or robotic. I usually ended my phone calls in tears or with extreme frustration. UNTIL TODAY. I called with multiple questions because I've been putting off calling. But when my credit card expired and I couldn't get into my account to update, it was time. Erica answered the phone and was immediately extremely friendly. She put multiple notes into my account to fix my issues and never once made me feel stupid for asking questions. I never got a pre written answer that you can tell "they're supposed to say." It was all her, like I was actually talking to a real person! She immediately sent me an email to update my account AND responded saying that it the information actually uploaded into the system, I've never got one of those before! I hope every time I call Erica answers the phone!
