valuable and enlightening

The time we spent with Lisa was both valuable and enlightening. We broke up our engagement over three phases. This was over the last 9 months. The first phase which was honestly an eye opener took us over 3 months to complete. Lisa was able to breakdown most our process and procedures in that time. She was able to show us exactly where we were going wrong and costing us money. She helped us understand the importance of cash flow and real time reporting. The final two phases were much smoother and mostly saw us implementing the recommended changes and monitoring the results. We are not the largest company but we still oversee dozens of employees depending on the season. I feel like Global Resources has helped us not only be more accountable to our employees but also our customers which in the end has made all the difference.
