Las Vegas to Phoenix

I've called global auto transportation to load my 2015 honda civic from Las Vegas to Phoenix. i had an expectation to have my car loaded on the top deck to get my car shipped safely and without any scratches . at the time of getting the quote global rep. Chris assumed me that they would arrange same as I had asked them and would remind the driver to load my car on the top deck of the trailer. i got satisfied and booked my order with this shipping company. well, i had 3 different issues which didn’t make me happy with their services. the first one was, Chris told me that they needed 2 days window to have trailer available to load my car but just in the 3rd day i got a call from the driver to set time of the pick up of my car. once the truck arrived in front of my house, I saw that he had already fully loaded the truck and there wasn't any extra space for loading my car! i got angry and called global to have an explanation about this problem. no one could help me out and didn’t have a reasonable answer for that. however, i've no other chance just to release my car to the driver and let him load the car wherever he was planned to do so.
once i got my car in phoenix just saw that my car got dusty and some oil drops was in the top of on it.
