Outstanding experience

Elena was extremely responsive and scheduled another carrier for my 2015 ford fusion transport after I changed pickup date for family emergency. She didn’t tell me anything about the inconvenience that I made for them. They didn’t add extra charges and my quoted price remained the same. I understand they could if they wanted to.
My new pickup date was on august 5th and delivery date on august 9th. Driver was a bit late on delivery because of the traffic along the journey but I got my car shipped in a great shape!
I am so thankful to Elena for her support. I am sure I couldn’t have done it without Elena’s support and knowledge.
