Sorry, for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. but if only you would have call the company we would have taken the time to go back to your home and fix any problem. And the matter of the lien in our records we do not show any lien that where place to any of our customers. We have been in business for 10 years and this is the first bad review we have recieved.
