False advertising........
Ordered birthday flowers yesterday March 17,2018 to be delivered today Sunday March 18,2018. Order was paid through Paypal. Waited til 3:00 pm today for flowers to be delivered (paid extra to be delivered Sunday). Went back online to get a number to call for Flowershopping to find out where my flowers were and noticed e-mail that was sent at 10:45 am about a problem with my order. They said they could not deliver today but would be able to deliver them tomorrow Monday. Told to call or respond to e-mail. Their office hours for customer service are listed for Monday through Friday and different hours for Saturday. They are not open today Sunday. Sent e-mail and said I was upset and asked why they didn't call me or the recipient of the flowers at the.cell numbers that were on the order.. Got response back about an hour later...no apology...nothing..just they would cancel my order and issue a credit back to my card....at least I used Paypal who will reimburse me if they don't. I would tell everybody that is thinking of using Flowershopping to find and use a reputable company and there are many......just stay away from Flowershopping.com....they don't seem to care. Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered the flowers from this "#1 rated flower company" which is false advertising.......one star rating is too good...should be no stars.....!
