Product OK, everything else terrible

Three Issues:
1) I had same shipping issue that others reported, where shipping costs (too high) are not disclosed until after credit card is charged.
2) They sent wrong product (indicated my request was out of stock and that they substituted another product). I told them I wanted the product I ordered or a refund. To date, there has been no resolution.
3) So called "Customer Service" is terrible. It takes 5-10 days to get any response on anything.
