Knowledgeable staff and easy to work with
Knowledgeable staff, easy to work with, very friendly -- 5 stars! Thank you to Birch for making everything really easy. They took the time to explain the process, and were patient when my old IRA was a pain to work with. I don't know if I would have had the patience to deal with those other guys. But Susan was really great, and finally after a few weeks everything is complete. Happy to be done!
