We had placed an order with Allstar for company logo t-shirts, but before the order was actually placed, we cancelled it. A month later, a charge showed up on our AMEX bill. I immediately called Allstar and was told a refund would be given the following month on our AMEX bill. Thas was in December of 2010. After countless calls, faxes and emails, No one from Allstar has responded to my complaint. I guess their return policy has a double standard. If you do not actually receive a product, you will not actually receive a refund. There has been no prompt refund here. Also taken from their website is that "Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal".
Allstar's Return Policy: If for any reason our products are not what you had approved as on initial sample, please send back the merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.
