WORST COMPANY EVER!! We called on Dec 20th for a washer repair. Came out on the 23rd and said he needed parts he didn't have. They should be in by the 27th. We called on the 28th - no parts, in by the 30th. Called on the 30th - no parts in by Jan 4th. Called on the 4th - Cassandra says "I'm sorry someone lied to you, but parts were never ordered because we are waiting on warranty approval". We conferenced in the warranty company. They never received a request. Accord can't find the request so they don't know when it was sent. So now it is approved so Accord orders the parts and they will be in by the 7th. Then they call today, the parts won't be in until the 15th!! And they won't pay for expediting because it's too expensive. We conference in the warranty company to change providers because of the delay. Accord tells the warranty company says they ordered the parts on the 27th and they are backordered. The warranty company says she is looking at the parts availablity and there is no backorder. SUCH LIARS!! STAY AWAY!!
