What an amazing group of people. During a series of conversations, the people at Birch Gold explained how i could convert my 401k, then helped me do it. It took a fair amoutn of time because of all the dealings with the company that my 401k used to be with, but they stayed at it! I couldn't be happier with them and would wholly recommend them.
