DO NOT USE! Rep even hung up on me!
DO NOT USE! Order flowers for my elderly (90) year old aunt, a week prior to the delivery date. Over $90.00! I specifically stated in the "special instructions" Please ring bell and wait. She is elderly. No flowers were delivered! I called at 4pm asking where are the flowers? They told me that I would get a confirmation email when they are delivered. 6pm still NO flowers. I called again. They told me that they were there and no one answered and she wasn't home. YES she was! She doesn't drive and is 90 years old!!! I told her to please call the florist and ask them to go back and deliver it. The rep, said "No, and they will be delivered Saturday." Ummmm NO that is not what I ordered and requested. The rep says "Did you ask for a certain time to be delivered on the ordering site?" I said there is no place to give a specific time, just an up charge of $5.99 before 12pm. She got snippy with me and said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Really???? Call the florist and have them deliver it! Then the rep hung up on me! WOW, don't use this company!!!!! Unacceptable!
