I have had great experiences with hautelook and have ordered many times! Recently, I had not received an order from them, and the UPS tracking said it was delivered. When UPS did not contact me as was said they would, I contacted hautelook again, and they immediately refunded my money to my paypal account, which was great because it went through right away. Their customer service is great, and the chat option for talking to an agent is pretty convenient. It is displayed clearly on the site that it does take longer to ship because of the way it completes an order, and it has a great credit-for-referrals system. I would recommend this site more for women than men, but there are a lot of great deals for men like suits, furniture, and getaways.
