The company rep started out great, assisted me with all my paperwork. Of course after my payment, my case ended up with a negotiator. The negotiator and her assistant does NOT return calls or emails unless you leave over 5 voice messages and send over 3 emails. Their Engagement Agreement states under 2.3. ii. "Company will timely perform follow-up communication with such Lendor or Loan Servicer and keep Client apprised of said communications." Well they do NOT keep the Client apprised!!!
On Page 6 of this agreement under 3.2. "Stage 3 Services will be completed within three (3) months from the Effective Date of this Agreement". Guess What - I am going on the eigth (8) month!!
